James Gilchrist began his working life as
a doctor, turning to a full-time career in
music in 1996. “...he is now unsurpassed among lyric tenors
in sweetness and technical security, and for

Anna Tilbrook is the regular duo partner of
James Gilchrist. She made her debut at the Wigmore Hall in 1999 and has since given recitals in all the major London concert venues, and in festivals and prestigious recital halls throughout the U.K and abroad. She has given a series of concerts with the internationally renowned Fitzwilliam Quartet, and can regularly be heard on broadcasts by Radio 3. |
